Hey everyone, In class we had a baking competition, but I didn't win but it was still fun, and that's the main part. I made Pavlova and it was delicious. If you know a better recipe comment down below.

Great attitude to your learning and baking Leah! Your pav looked delicious too - it was a hard activity for us all to judge!
ReplyDeleteWhere did you get your recipe from? I use the one in the Edmonds cook book but it always cracks - I don't know why??
And I love how you used up the egg yolks too. Custard was a great idea. I usually make omelettes the next day using the yolks.

What an amazing looking Pav! I am not very good at making them so I am very impressed. I usually end up making Eton Mess which I make with my dud pavlova.
